Welcome to the OCSM Elite Residential

The OCSM Elite Residential is a two-week soccer immersion designed for our Elite 25 program. This is for players who are serious about their development and families who are looking for structure, professionalism, and real preparation in their child's soccer future.

Over two intensive weeks, our hand-selected Elite 25 players are immersed in a professional environment designed to raise standards, accelerate development, and prepare them for the next stage of their soccer journey.

OCSM: A True Soccer Incubator

The Elite Residential is run by Oliver Charles Sports Management (OCSM), in partnership with its club, Southern Utah FC.

This is a soccer incubator for elite soccer-focused individuals & includes year-round player management.

Our ecosystem includes:

A USL2 Club

Ownership and operational involvment in professional clubs in England and Spain

Direct relationships with colleges, academies and pro environments

This means players are trained inside a real pathway, not a one-off experience.

A Full Soccer Immersion

Our Elite 25 residential players train, compete, recover, learn, and analyze like professionals while receiving OCSM's year-round agency management and guidance.

Chris Howarth

Head of Academy Coach Development, Sheffield United

With over 30 years of experience at the highest level of the game, Chris is one of a small number of coaches in the UK certified to teach and sign off on UEFA Coaching Licenses. Additionally, Chris has:

  • Developed 100+ professional players

  • Helped players represent their country at the international level

  • UEFA A Licensed

John Askey

A respected figure in English football, John brings nearly 700 professional appearances as a player and over 400 matches managed, including Truro City FC’s promotion-winning 2025 campaign.

As First Team Manager at Truro City FC, John is directly responsible for identifying, evaluating, and signing players for the senior squad, offering campers insight from a coach actively making professional recruitment decisions.

Adrian Martinez

Adrian Martinez is the Commercial Director at AS1, one of Europe’s leading soccer agencies. AS1 represents some of the world’s best players, including Premier League and international stars like Bruno Fernandes, Luis Díaz, and Nuno Mendes, and is recognized as a top-tier global agency operating across the biggest leagues and markets. His involvement brings a global perspective on player pathways, opportunity, and professional development.

Alex Black

Formerly with the Professional Footballers’ Association, Alex has represented and managed elite players across all levels of the game, including Jermain Defoe, Gareth Barry, Rio Ferdinand, and Alan Smith. As the founder of Football First Agency, he has negotiated hundreds of professional contracts. In addition to his agency, Alex also serves as Director of Football at Truro City FC, overseeing player recruitment and long-term squad strategy.
